  I have been coming here all my life. This has been a pilgrimage site for my family for 200 years. You don't have to be a believer to be moved by the setting and the amazing energy that surrounds you.
  
  At the nearby store buy the most delicious ground dry red chili!!! I promise you will be glad you did.

  Not only cause I was born here.I love this Chimayő.place .its the most beautiful places in world. We are so blessed to be naivety from here from el Santuario De Chimayó.

  We went on Sunday and we're just in time for Sunday mass. Priest even gave us a blessing with holy water before the service . We came in search of that "miracle soil that heals" . It isn't proven but as the priest said , it very well can be your faith that heals you . There is gift shops on the premises , with very fair pricing on all types of religious articles including candles , rosaries , holy water bottles and little containers for you to take some "miracle soil" .
  We had a blessed wonderful time here . I'm sure you will enjoy your day and visit here !

  What a wonderful place. I did not come here so much as a spiritual visit but one out of general curiosity. I only saw two other people who were visiting and it's a great place to pray for whatever your needs are.
